Masterchef Dining Delights featuring Yaroslav Artyukh- 17 to 20 April 2018


Grissini at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is delighted to be hosting Masterchef Yaroslav Artyukh for World Gourmet Summit 2018 who represented Ukraine in the regional stage of San Pellegrino Young Chef. Chef Yaroslav brings his wildest culinary ideas to life, modernising traditional Ukrainian dishes. He heads the Kanapa, a modern restaurant of the new Ukrainian cuisine in Kyiv which began in 2013 and has received a number of national awards including "The Best Ukrainian Restaurant" according to the "Salt" and Kyiv Tourism Awards.




To complete your dining experience, tease your taste buds with adventurous cocktails by Tempo bar’s Ukrainian bartender, Valentyn Markushev. With inspirations from his time spent in Singapore, he has crafted 3 cocktails, Kyiv maiden, Borsch cooler and Oriental mule which incorporates traditional Ukrainian spirits with local flavours.

WGS A Taste of Ukraine- 20 April 2018


Get ready for an exploration into the Ukrainian Gastronomic Heritage with young traditionalist Chef Yaroslav Artuykh, as he whisks you away for an afternoon dedicated to Ukrainian food and drinks. He’ll be serving a paired menu of Ukrainian delights to introduce diners to the wonders of simplicity found in his native cuisine. Highlights from his menu include Edible candles, Naked chicken kyiv, Baked colostrum sponge cake and more. Tempo bar’s Ukrainian bartender, Valentyn’s specially curated cocktails will also be available during this gala lunch.
